In 4K HD the cig packs may cause a resolution shock making your computer CTD. Modding on a computer with the games regular settings can makes pix not fit well and can overload the modern RAM and GPU VRAM. Have you got the mod that changes the games 2 GB use to make use of 4 GB of RAM for the game? If No! That's a must for modern computers and resolutions like 3840 x 2160 The reason is likely the pictures of the packs resolution is huge.
