Different grass for worlds

I enjoy Folkvangr + Origins of the Forest desaturated, looks excellent in cold Skyrim, but in other worlds like Chanterelle and Summerset Isles other grass mods like Northern Grass and Skoglendi look superior. Is there a known way to change the grass or landscape texture for each different world? Thanks for consideration.
