Restoring mods with Vortex after boot drive wipe

I have several drives on my computer. I had Skyrim, Fallout 4 and Fallout New Vegas managed by Vortex, all from Steam. I had a number of mods on all three games. The game installations and Vortex downloads folder were all on J drive.

Then I had a problem with my C drive, which required me to wipe Windows and reinstall.

I was able to re-install the games (Steam is pretty good that way - tell it to install to J and it will see that it's already installed and just do the setup).

However now I have these games "managed by another instance of Vortex".

Is there any way to e.g. export the mod list, so I can re-install things and get the games back to the way they were?

There's a FAQ question about moving it to another computer - would this be related?
