fraquar
Personally, I'd recommend tracking the release of Fallout London, which is scheduled for April 23 (St. George's Day). It is delayed for the very reason most AAA titles won't delay their games - bug testing. A completely new worldspace in London that is the size of both The Commonwealth and Far Harbor combined. All I can say is having watched some of the developers work on this lets just say they are organized, have a vision and go the extra mile to make things work. That is literally going to be it's own game. Personally, I've always thought the next installment of Fallout should be "across the pond" - the U.S. isn't the only ones impacted by "Global Atomic Annihilation"... But that is a lot of months in the future the OP is starting a game now
AntonGirdeux
Whoa now that's going to be huge. Does anyone know a mod for building farm plots like in other games? I know I can build anywhere on the ground, but that just doesn't look that good. And I'm trying to make Sanctuary look organized for once.

If you enjoy settlement building (as I do) definetly download Homemaker. It includes planters of the type you are asking for. So do a couple of other settelment mods but I check and found it in this one tab quickly https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/1478 PS: If you donwload the Mojave worldspace New Lands mod please let me know. I am itching to share my tranfersettlements blueprint for Ivanapah racetrack. I built a town there nearly the size of Diamond City and its stocked full of goodies to find too. fraquar
If you haven't used it, look for a mod called Grounded and another mod called A Little More Grounded. They give natural looking foundation pieces if you plan on transforming an area of Sanctuary. If I remember correctly, the latter just added Navmesh to the pieces of the original mod that didn't have it. As big as Sanctuary is I can never settle there for gameplay reasons - i.e. that was the location of my former life that was taken away from me.
