Creation Kit ( No Entry Point Found )

sum people said by updating to the latest game fix it ? (true ??) 
or anyone know how to bypass this ?

Have you found a solution for this problem ? 

I´m using 1597 with 526 Mods, and it runs perfect.  No way to update this, it would destroy everything.

Now I can´t start the Creation Kit anymore. I uninstalled it, reinstalled it but it doesn´t work. 

"Create Interface " dll  was not found.  

I cry.

Google doesn´t help me.
