Oblivion Endless loading times

Good morning,

I downloaded an absolutely brilliant mod, but it has an absolutely horrible bug.

I played the game for the first time without it for several dozen hours. No problem. 

Then I restarted the game with the C2 Special Combat Moves mod, using it quite often C2 moves: https://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/47460

As the game progresses, loading times become longer and longer. 

I went from 1 second to go through a door... to 2, 3, 5, 10 and finally 20 seconds of waiting between each door over the hours.

And in the Shivering Isles, the fx and magic are terribly slowed down, while the NPCs are at normal speed.

Do you use EngineBugFixes (it has a fix for the stuck animation vanilla game bug).
