[Mod Request] Hitman 3 semi-auto rifles and SMGs

This is a mod that I've been wanting for a while, and I sort of learned how to do it and there's a trick to it.  In addition to turning off the full auto function, you also have to alter the sound.  Namely, turn the "AudioFireType" from "_Full_Automatic" to "_Single".  But even knowing that now, there's a problem.  I don't know how to mod any of that into the game.  If I had access to the repo files for each weapon, I could make the adjustments myself.  Problem is, I don't.  I'm also no modder by any means.

I know that there was one attempt at such a mod in the "Weapon Modifiers" mod, but that was made before I found out the sound trick, and I've tried to inform that mod maker about it, but he hasn't gotten back to me yet.

So in case that doesn't happen, could someone attempt to make a new semi-auto assault rifle/SMG mod with the information above?
