dizietemblesssma
When I make some of my patches I not only disable an item in the orginal mod but also 'deactivate' its attached script as seen in this screenshot: I've realised that this is the origin of messages in xedit like: <Warning: Unused data in: \ [FE 002] dz_underground_bathhouse_fixed.esp \ [2] GRUP Top "WRLD" \ [1] GRUP World Children of 00_andragon_valley "Paradise Valley" [WRLD:0604F05D] \ [1] GRUP Cell Children of [CELL:06002EA1] (in 00_andragon_valley "Paradise Valley" [WRLD:0604F05D]) \ [0] GRUP Cell Persistent Children of [CELL:06002EA1] (in 00_andragon_valley "Paradise Valley" [WRLD:0604F05D]) \ [1] [REFR:0600AF8A] (places 00_andragonBathTrigger [ACTI:06018617] in GRUP Cell Persistent Children of [CELL:06002EA1] (in 00_andragon_valley "Paradise Valley" [WRLD:0604F05D]) at 0,-1) \ [2] VMAD - Virtual Machine Adapter> so... is this wrong, should I just be disabling the original item? And while I'm here, should I unset the 'persistent' flag on the original item if the intent of the patch is to leave it disabled permanently? I used to 'delete' items but I read that was a bad habit so now I just disable. diziet
