Wether Mod that you control

I am looking for a weather mod where I can set the Amount, Time. of Rain and snow. IE Rain 1 game hour in every 40 or so. Every weather mod I use it rains all the time or close to  100 % of the time. I use the mod for the Graphics Improvements not to play in the rain:)

Any Ideas?

Try Cathedral, it has MCM, can not remember if it has those options but worth a try.
