My game seems to have quite a few problems, any help please?

So i seem to be having quite a bit of problems with my skyrim save. First let met post my computer specs.

i7 870 @2.93 GHz

Nvidia GTX 650 3GB

8 GB RAM

So the problem I'm having are: quite a bit of freezing (how much i freeze, seems to vary), sometimes i get CTD, and lastly for some reason my character seems to take quite a bit of time to complete an action. For instance if i say to mine most of the time i have to wait in game for it to start mining. Another example if I ask to check my followers gear, the menu won't open and I have to keep asking to check the gear or wait in game for the menu to pop up. Is there a possibility of my mods being in the wrong load order, and causing these problems?

Hmmm I had the delayed interaction bug myself but I corrected it. Have you ever unchecked and rechecked any script-heavy mods?

Thanks for the quick reply, umm I uninstalled and deleted UFO and then installed the newer version of it. That's all i can think of. Would it be best to uninstall all the mods and game and start fresh?
