Can't launch the game and nothing works more than a week

Someone please help me with my mods and load order, I'm trying to launch Skyrim for more than a WEEK installing and reinstalling dozens of times, I tried everything, nothing works, it just crashes all the time.

When I install a new game, I manage to play once or twice for 1 hour + and then it crashes, when I'm trying to launch it crashes on bethesda logo, then I restart my laptop and launch it again and it crashes after 1 or 3 minutes of the game, please help me I don't know what to do, I deleted the game a year ago because I've had the exact same problem, it just started crashing out of the blue and I don't know why. Now I want to go back but I can't play.

It repeats no matter what, after I delete and reinstall it again and again, nothing works. I have about 30 mods in total, I don't understand how people play with 300+ mods and the game works perfectly well.

I'm not tech savvy and all mod installing guides are very hard, everyone seems to speak some kind of language and understand things that I don't like it's a no-brainer.

Please someone help me, I can find an answer nowhere and even understand what's the problem...

In order for Skyrim to run properly with mods. The following has to be true: A) all mods need to have their requirements (required mods, or required versions of Skyrim) fulfilled, and B) the mods have to be sorted in a way that they don't interfere with each other.

I recommend the below file for a start:

LOOT: https://github.com/loot/loot/releases/tag/0.22.3 this little program will not only tell you if one or more mods is missing a requirement, it will also sort your mods in a reasonable way and warn you if mods aren't compatible with each other.

If we are to help you more, we would need to know which mods you have installed, and what their current load-order is.

If you Google "Beginner's Guide Skyrim SE modding" you will get You-Tube Videos and other guides that will explain everything in detail. It takes a bit of time to get everything working, but you will find it is very much worth it.

Thanks for your answer!

I googled and tried everything, watched the YouTube tutorials step by step installing everything, with a different mod organizer MO2 instead of Vortex and it didn't help the game crashes, I cleaned the mods with xEdit, before launching the game from Vortex I always reorganize with LOOT, I reinstalled the game and the mods dozens of times literally, it isn't working. Just reinstalled the game again literally 10 minutes ago and skse and everything else needed, and it crashed after less than a minute. Here is my load order:

Just cleaned about 20 mods with xEdit because it said it in LOOT that I needed to clean certain mods, I did it 100% correctly because I followed a tutorial religiously, also did it yesterday, so I cleaned them and then ran LOOT and launched the game, it wasn't launching it crashed on the menu, I restarted my laptop then it launched and I was able to play for about 40 min to 1 hour and then the game crashed again and now I can't launch it because it crashes on the menu.

I don't understand, it's the same problem over and over again and it comes back to this. Not launching - I reinstall from zero deleting all the mods and installing them again, then it doesn't launch crashes on menu, I restart the pc, it launches, I play for 30-60 minutes and it crashes and then it's not launching.

Are you back to using Vortex now, or are you still on MO2?  If the former, try NOT using LOOT after Vortex, which has a built-in version of LOOT.  You may be undoing what you have just done.  If you want to double-check your LO, just run the 'Deploy Mods' found on the Menu Bar of the Mods page.  AFAIK, the standalone LOOT has no access to the choices you make re:  mod conflicts in Vortex.  I did (some years ago) what you are now doing, and it only messed stuff up.  Make sure that you have the 'Deploy Mods when Enabled', and you should be ok.  I do not use the 'Install Mods when downloaded', as I often d/l stuff for future use.

There is also a 'Autosort Enabled' choice on the menu bar when you are on the 'Plugins' page.  Make sure to have the 'Autosort Enabled', and if you mess around with the dependencies on the plugins page, make sure you click the 'Sort Now' button at the top.  I don't think that it could hurt to run it anytime you are uncertain, can just take awhile, depending on your LO size.

BTW, I didn't see any Unofficial patches for the CC stuff, which can have its own troubles.  Check it out.

I have to admit, that I don't use Vortex, so please follow 7531Leonidas' suggestion concerning LOOT and Vortex. Your load-order right now seems to be just alphabetically sorted which is certainly wrong. Usually the creation-club items should load high up right after the vanilla game-files and the Unofficial Patch should be high up as well.

When using LOOT with ModOrganizer2, make sure to setup LOOT to run from within ModOrganizer (in MO2 add a shortcut to your LOOT install). When using Vortex use the inbuilt LOOT version as described by 7531Leonidas.

Also: Seasons of Skyrim is a fantastic mod, but I would not recommend it for a beginner, as it involves the installation and correct configuration of various mods  and textures plus the correct creation of LOD with DynDOLOD. I recommend to start with a more beginner-friendly setup by removing Seasons of Skyrim and Turn of Seasons and TOTS - Icy Waterways.esp for the time being. Later on if you game is stable you can always go back and try to install Seasons of Skyrim (read and follow the instructions on that mod's page very carefully).

Additionally Immersive Citizens and Immersive Encounters might need patches. Did you get any suggestions about missing patches in LOOT?

I had two initial reactions on reading your post.  It sounds like an ini file issue.  Sometimes the game ini files aren't updated properly by mods and/or are overtweaked and need to be setup.  Try using Bethini (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/4875  to set up your ini files and then run the game.  The other thing that it made me think, is that you have a master file that either isn't being used or isn't part of your load order or is just out of sequence, but LOOT should have told you about that issue.

Hope it helps

Thank you so much everyone for your answers!

So far I deleted Season of Skyrim and Turn of The Seasons, installed patches for Immersive CItizens and JKs Skyrim and AI Overhaul like it said in LOOT and cleaned the files with xEdit so it looked totally perfect in LOOT except it said to install compatibility patches on those same mods as if I didn't install them. Restarted, sorted again, same thing. Also the load order doesn't seem to change, like it isn't working as if the program isn't doing it. I have the last version of everything, LOOT, SKSE, all mods, triple checked all of this.

I sorted the load order in Vortex with autosort enabled, with "Sort Now" button, and it didn't do anything the load order is still the same and I did it multiple times and restarted Vortex, restarted the PC, it didn't help, everything is in the same alphabetical order. Went to sort it in LOOT and it didn't sort anything, the load order remained the same as before, alphabetical order, repeated multiple times, same thing.

Also, I've noticed that Vortex somehow automatically turns off all the plugins. Like each time before I launch the game I need to go to Plugins and enable all of them as they are disabled by default, and when the game crashes and I go to Plugins they're disabled. Then the game crashes on the menu, and then if I restart the PC I manage to load the save and play for 1-3 minutes and it crashes and not launches again, only if restart the PC it launches but repeats the same pattern -- crashing after 1-3 minutes in game.

I also have bethini installed from the beginning, did it following a YouTube guide after this last install.

Will generate a crash log and send it here soon.

The fact that LOOT isn't sorting your load order indicates an issue.  I've had it happen in the past and it always means that something is wrong.  Clearly this isn't new information for you, but, I would suggest uninstalling all your mods and starting over.  First make sure the game runs without any mods.  Then install a few mods, LOOT them, and see what happens.  If everything is still ok, then try a few more.  Wash, rinse, repeat.  Hopefully that will allow you to figure out your problem.
