Kenshi (Vortex mods to steam)

Hello fellas, I ve seen some tutorials about adding mods to steam, but for me are not working ( it is too easy in videos, just add, enablle and thats all)

Steam mods are working (just a couple to try), vortex mods are not working.

 

I have the steam folder with mods 

And I have Vortex-> Kenshi-> mods  

Should the mods be togerther in one folder?

Do you know any video to help me?

 

Begging your solutions guys, I ve spent 3 hours and no clue
