That system works, but there's a pretty steep learning curve, and the first step is learning how to mod, LOOT and use utilities. Once they get their head wrapped around the basics, then they can move on to the more advanced stuff. Using Xedit to place mods isn't as straighforward as checking conflicts and placing it after mod b. Specific types of mods like to load in specific area's of the load order. Some like to load high, and some low. I've had mods in the past that didn't work properly because they were not in their location, even though they had no conflicts. You get a feel for it after a while, but it's probably not the first thing they need to learn. It's hard enough to get people to do CR and that is something that's needed right off.
