m02 doing weird things for no reason

I've been plying Skyrim LE for years and modding as people do i started a new game but it keeps crashing right b4 i get to the 1st 3 stones i checked my mod load order and they were all fine come to find out after wiping the ini edits on the MO2 side the game ran fine but when i put them bk in the game crashed at the same spot but I've been using the same ini files for years w/ no problems PLZ help

nope no changes w/ my mod setup  i try to limit myself to 160 mods or lower otherwise issues start to show their ugly face but i do swap out mods depending on what race im plying that plythroough  but i still limit it to 160 mod count 

if you like i could list the ones i mostly use or my current mod list

Are you swapping them on and off individually, or changing to a different MO profile?  (Personally, I use separate profiles for those kinds of changes.)

If you're swapping a few in and out individually, it could be something got forgotten or mis-sorted.

Have you seen if you deactivate some of the animal or landscape textures one at a time?

I was also using that Continue Game No Crash, but I ended up removing it since I noticed a few things: when I loaded the game with the loverlab mods it gave me CTD most of the time, when I loaded the normal game that I use I noticed that that mod  stopped some things and others put then on pause which looked horrible in the landscape because the plants, trees, many times the clothes and the hair remained static (that's when I removed it, I didn't start to see if there was a solution), on the page It also tells you that it is obsolete and that you should use this Load Game CTD Fix mod instead
why do you use this Continue Game No Cras? if you already have the other
Safety Load even more?

I don't remember the functions of each one, perhaps so many are necessary, I had understood that they all do almost the same function, I have a bad memory I don't remember them. Maybe try one at a time and see which one is closest to your need, but all at the same time? 

-What does SrtCrashFix do, is it for the animation limit or is it something else like the Load Game CTD Fix? Is it for LE?

-I am over 450 mod (I have not counted armor, weapons or various others), I think I only use one Grid Transition CTD Fix, Safety Load I have used it at some point and I have marked it as useful but I really don't remember when (long time ago) or why I stopped using it (If I don't have it in use, I'm sure the problems were greater than  the solution)

wet and cold:
I don't want to disparage the Wet and Cold mod, which I was also using for a long time, but it is very heavy scripted, if you are looking only for the effects add-ons, use this  one instead: R.A.S.S. Rain Ash And Snow Shaders - Wet Frost Cold Dust

That Splash of Rain needs an update, apart from the fact that it loads the game, someone also said that the script is constantly loading, you should read the comments on that mod to see if the benefit is greater than the problems. I don't understand about that, so I didn't install it

Is your mod list loaded as you have put it above in the mo2?
I don't quite understand if you have put the entire list from bottom to top or you have it like this in the load order, it confuses me that these are at the end

Do you use LOOT to reorganize the esp?

-you should use this mod, it looks great in the game: Blowing in the Wind, you could also see if you like any of these two: Northern Roads LE Port and Prettier Roads by LGG (I'm currently trying these two together to see what happens)

ty for the advice. ill  cut out the ones that you said above yes i have stopped using splash of rain and vanilla trees as for the highres textures they were just in the load order as i just reinstalled the game also need to find get snowy as it does the same as wet and cold

R.A.S.S. Rain Ash And Snow Shaders - Wet Frost Cold Dust It has those functions and more, also for dragonborn ashes and dust on player and npc, the only thing it doesn't have is putting on capes, hoods and I don't remember what else the wet and cold did

although it is a matter of taste, maybe there are different ones, I don't remember them and I think I just went from wet and cold (uninstalled a long time ago) until I found the R.A.S.S.

edit added: these two: Northern Roads LE Port and Prettier Roads by LGG, do not use Northern Roads LE Port with others mods that change landscape, you will find missing parts in roads in diferent locations, you can try to follow the steps to add patches, for me it is something that I do not understand, either you use northen road alone or you use several others, in my case I have to deactivate 5 mods just to use that one
