michalauper
Heya folks. earlier this year I updated to the newest SE Version (1.6.640) and since then I cant load a save or start a new game without the game crashing. I'm gonna post my Crash Report here with the hope, that someone can read it or at least knows the issue. Thanks very much in advance. https://pastebin.com/NZgRU6b0
AaronOfMpls
When you updated, did you update SKSE -- and your SKSE mods -- to the correct versions? (Big list on Modding.wiki) What mod manager are you using (if any)? Also, are you sure you're on 1.6.640? From what I can find, that version came out last September, and a couple other versions have come out since then. The current version since January 17 is 1.6.1170 on Steam (or 1.6.1179 on GOG since Feb 13).
michalauper
Thanks for the quick reply. I wrote the wrong number. I am on V 1.6.1170 on Steam and I use MO2 I also checked the SKSE Mods to update them to the current verison twice. For a long while I thought it was an error with SSE Engine Fixes. But I checked that also many times.

From what I've seen, the changes needed to work with 1.6.1170 are: EnableAchievementsWithMods = false SaveAddedSoundCategories = true SaveScreenshots = false
michalauper
yes I did that as well. I tried both ways, with the edited toml File for downloading and by changing the existing one. I guess it could have something to do with a mod or a patch, who aren't corresponding but I can't say for sure, because I can't understand the crash-report. Does it help if I post my LO here?
