I don't know if this is the right place but if you could help! I'd be very greatful. I'm working on a new UI by request its a robot UI that speaks to you but it sounds like the robot from R'HA I know how to make a voiced NPC and quests but I wanted to make the UI a bit more exciting. I wanted to do this by a sort of story line like this: So instead of starting up the game and poof new UI I thought.Message pops up saying your pipboy has found a mysterious signal go check it out.Player follows signal to a crashed robot thingy who I wanted to relate to mothership zeta or something but he starts talking to you. He asks for you to take him with you and he becomes the UI sound effects. (Aka his voice will tell you stuff) The issue is I know how to make a new NPC and so on but is it possible to make him activate the new UI sound effects? Sorry I thought it would be a cool idea instead of it just being a sound file replacer.
