None of my mods are working

I use Vortex and LOOT to sort my mods. I've been working on this for days on end so I've worn out many options. I've uninstalled, redownloaded, changed the load order, disabled/reenabled mods. Nothing I do is working. I only have a handful of mods and this started with Sky UI being the beginning problem. Next thing I know, none of them are working. I've spent plenty of time in Creations, going into a separate issue of it stopping the game from loading, so I uninstalled again to solve it. Please help
