When I load any mod through BG mod manager (by: upload - move to left panel - refresh - save order) it disables fast travel, and I can not go for a long rest. Removing all mods restores the fast travel possibility. I've reinstalled the game but it didn't help. I tried to load mods one by one - but actually any mod existing on the upper left panel destructs resting possibility.
