Skyrim CTD after merging in creation kit

I tried downloading creation kit on a modified version of masterstroke, but when I open creation kit from mo2, there was an editor warning, and I clicked yes to all on it. Apparently this merged my esps somehow, and messed up my npcs. Now whenever I try to for example into the Sleeping Giant Inn Skyrim will CTD.

Going by your crash log, your .esp's are all listed there.  Going by names only, the only obvious merged mod is part of SMIM.  I'm not sure what your Creation Kit would've done to merge things in its editor warning; maybe reinstall those mods and don't merge them that way?

Also, looking at your load order (as listed in the crash log), is Realm of Lorkhan supposed to be that high up?  Usually alternate start mods (Alternate Start - Live Another Life, Realm of Lorkhan, Skyrim Unbound, and any other mods' plugins that add to or change these starts) go toward the bottom of your load order, so their start changes don't get overridden by other mods.

I fixed it somehow by reinstalling my 3dNPC mod and the replacers, and then apparently Yunsol the voiced follower was making me crash. Maybe she was conflicting with Recorder whos also in Sleeping Giant Inn.
