SSE - lag in Markarth

Hello bros

So i have installed like 100+ mods including NPCs, armor, weapons, graphics etc. and it's a fresh start.

So basically game just lags when i enter Markarth, i dunno why, everything is working except this, and I can't start missions in Markarth. The game lags only near the main geat. I have to restart the game due to this. I've tried disabling "Jk's" mods or NPC mods but the problem isn't fixed. Any help with that? Have u had this problem before?

Do you have any mods that change things in Markarth specifically -- be it quests, NPCs, models or textures, or anything else?

Does the problem happen when entering other cities?
