[mod request] Empty bunkers that you can use as homebase (Fallout 3 GOTY)

So, I found many mods with bunkers and new homes in the wastelands,

but how about a bunker thats empty?

Or not really empty, just has a few supplies, like you would find in any other area?

Or an empty Vault? ...

 

And more or less sparingly equipped Vaults that you could use as a Homebase?

Without too much loot inside, so you still have to scavange the wastelands?
