I tried to change profile and now any my mod packs are bugged.

Recently i decided to play with my other skyrim se mod profile and vortex stuck and wont respond mid changing, so i closed it with task manager. After this i tried again and it worked, but when i loaded my game it crashed instantly. After this i decided to go back to my first profile and for some reason many mods are gone despite vortex tell me they are fine. I reinstalled every active mod and vortex telling me some of them failed to reinstall. I have no idea what to do.

Edit: It seems like files are present, but vortex for some reasin ignores them

Hi @Doternoob, sorry you are having problems. This is a known issue that was fixed in the latest beta update that went live this morning. I'd recommend switching to it (if you aren't already) so you can get your problem sorted.

If you load Vortex and go to Settings >  Vortex and then halfway down it says about Update. Choose Beta in the dropdown and update from there.
