Swappable fingernail polish

I have had a look, but I can't find anything that fits my idea. 

The idea is - invisible gloves, with only fingernail polish textures, and the rest of the hand textures are invisible/non-extant, so you can swap them out, and have, say, red, black, green, purple, orange, hell, any range of colors, to be built in the chem station as separate glove items.  You equip your invisible nail polish gloves and voila, the fingernail color sits atop the current female hands (or male hands if you like) nail color.  No actual glove, or texture for the hands part, so no overwriting or trying to match skin shades, just nails.  Is it even possible?

Now, I'd give this a go myself, but I have limited abilities.  I can draw a stick figure... poorly.
