Vortex will not start correctly - Stuck at Splash Screen

I've used Vortex for several years at this point and I was using a Fallout New Vegas collection, I've been playing it for several hours now and after the third time I went to load up Vortex it is stuck on the initial launcher.

So far in my troubleshooting, I have tried several things:

• Killed it with the Task Manager and restarted it several times

• Deleted the files for all of the FONV mods and went to see if that was clogging it

• Ran the installer to try and repair whatever files might be corrupted/missing

• Completely uninstalled Vortex and reinstalled.

• Let it sit for about an hour and a half to see if it was just taking a long time, still nothin.

I'm kind of at then end of my rope with ideas on how to fix it and I can not find any other post with the same problem solved either. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
