I just reinstalled Fallout 4 VR to it's latest version (1.2.72-VR) but Vortex is saying the recommended game version is 1.10.163.0. Squirrel97 Posted April 22, 2024 Share Posted April 22, 2024 I don't play the VR version myself, but there was someone that made a bug report on one of my mods recently and they said that my mod caused the VR version to crash on launch. I heard that this is because the VR version vas never updated to support mods with the newer version 1.00 plugin header (it simply won't load these mods). Since my mod had one of those mods as a master file and required it, the VR version crashed because of a missing master plugin. There is a Fallout 4 Version Check Patcher that can bypass the plugin header check. It might (or might not) make these mods work on VR. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
