No Launcher on Dashboard, Need To Launch Using Script Extender

Vortex Version: 1.10.8

Game: Fallout 4

Mods: A StoryWealth collection (~730 mods)

Environment: Windows 11, AMD64, 32GB Ram

On the Dashboard, there is no game launcher. There is the launcher in the top left, but in order for the mods to work I need to be able to launch FO4SE. After looking around a bit, I have not found a fix that works for me and I haven't come across any seemingly relevant settings that I can change in order to fix this issue. Fresh install of Vortex, FO4, and the mod collection.

The script extender launcher is there, it's the one with the blue icon both in the tools section and at the top left. From the Tools section, click the vertical ellipses to the right of it and choose "Set as Primary" 

If it's not working for you, make sure that the following info is directed correctly by choosing edit from the same vertical ellipses. 

Target: DRIVE:\steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 4\f4se_loader.exe

Starts In: DRIVE:\steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 4
