No Mans Sky Increase the chances of S class freighters appearing

Can someone make a mod that increases the chances of encountering an S-class Freighter? 

You can have multiple files with the percentages at like 25%, 50% 

Can you also make an optional mod file that increases the number of freighters you can board from 1 to 3 as 2 other freighters warp into a system when you can recruit them it is frustrating to see the other 2 and not be able to board them to see if they have better stats then the freighter that I am currently using 

thank you for your time, this was just a little gripe I had for a while and I thought that I would offer this mod idea
