Game freezes in main menu

I am brand new in the world of modding i used viva new vegas as a guide and added some other mods and now it just freezes on main menu, Here is my mod list

Why do you have a few mod marked for compat with TTW? You dont have TTW active and running, do you?

Those mods is why you are frozen.

Can you tell me which mods you are talking about please? the only ones i could find are desert weather and facegen but i installed only the NV files and not TTW, I do not have TTW active and running

So you sure use NV version? Is the TTW version still in the load order, unactivate?
