Creation Kit not working PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Whenever I try to start the CK I get this:

If you updated the CK you will have to update the game as well and vice versa.

Make sure steam_api64.dll is in ..\steamapps\common\Fallout 4, where CreationKit.exe is.

f*#@. I must need the one for the update then. I should've backed up the updated one before I overwrote it with the old one from my other PC f*#@ IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Can someone please copy and attatch their own here for me please?!!!!!

Never mind, I found out how do download the previous version of the CK in another thread. Now I have a new problem though. Now whenever I try to play f4 with the script extender it takes up only a quarter of the screen as seen below. Please help!

Your graphics settings were returned to default. Put Steam in offline mode and start FO4 with the vanilla launcher and redo your graphics settings.
