No mods working :(

First time using Vortex, installed the following mods but only UI mod working. What gives? (GOG}

if a mod don't work, put it last at load order at your mod manager you use

Is there a better place to post this? / Can someone point me right direction please?

Well, there's a Vortex forum if you go up to the top level of the forum.

And for Cyberpunk 2077, scroll up to the top of the page, then go to Game Communities > Cyberpunk 2077.  (Click SORT BY > Name there if you're having trouble finding the game.)  Click Join Community to start posting there.

EDIT: I don't have Cyberpunk 2077 or use Vortex, or I'd try to post something more directly helpful.
