Radio Immersion

Please let me know if this exists already. I may have missed it in my searches.

A radio immersion mod that is toggle-able.

1# The Jist
When you go underground, the Radio signals you're jamming too ought to get garbled to some extent. *insert levels of garbled immersion for the player*
So a mod that makes the radio on your pipboy garbled due to inference from mother earth, I'd like to imagine this makes the pipboy garbled to hell in Vaults that need to be deep underground, versus the subways that players can easily access.

2#Basic understanding
I've never made a mod so I've no clue how feesible this is or if I've just missed the keyword for it in my searches, so color me special. But my idea would be the various levels of "Garble" could be left up to the player via a 'settings' pipboy tape. From 'Frequent' to 'occasional'.
Radio could be cut out for a few seconds to entirely via config options maybe.

I just thought about it whilst I was playing Mafia 3, I was driving through a tunnel and the radio became garbled as it would. Then when I was playing Fallout 4 just recently, I thought back to that small detail and thought "it would be neat if we could recreate that with high customization"

Does this Exist, Or am I smurt for once?
