Plugins not sorted because of cyclic rules

I deleted elfx and decided to switch to lux, when I uninstalled elfx, the plugins also disabled but now I keep getting this error popup but I dont know if it will actually affect my game. I tried clicking the arrow in the "more" section, but nothing happens, I tried restarting vortex, nothing. Sort plug-ins, nothing. Im really struggling with and tried a bunch of methods before coming here, didn't want to come here for a problem I can fix easily. If u could help I would appreciate it.

Thanx for ur hardwork

Greetings

Cyclic rules means that you have two or more load order rules in place that are telling a mod(s) to be two (or more) places at once. For example:

FakeModB loads after FakeModA and FakeModB loads before FakeModA.

FakeModB can not be both before and after FakeModA.

If you click on "Manage Rules" from the top toolbar, you can review your rules and correct them as needed. Remember rules are required when two or more files in the mods are in conflict, the one that you set to load after will win that conflict and will be what you get in-game as a result.
