Posted in troubleshooting, but wanted to see if any NV wizards or folks who have experienced this prob before are on this forum as well. Post was:

I was getting my modlist all rounded out, have many mods and just installed weightless hardcore ammo and manual reload and ammo count. I'll load into a save, play for about a minute or two and then once getting into combat, and it seems on enemies throwing out combat quips will make everything else in the game go silent.

1st Vid is just the bug happening in regular gameplay, 2nd is the bug happening when paying attention to console, sounds die after "flipper flipped #2" pops up. After some experimentation i guessed that "Somehow,  And i might be 110% wrong and dumb for this, but it seems like this flipper flipped thing is related to some kind of incompatibility relating to animations? I disabled sprint on companions in enhanced movement and got about a minute and a half longer of playtime before flipper flipped back up. Turned off the animations in titans and i feel like it got longer. Keeps happening though."

 

 

If anyone has any insight as to what's causing this, or just lmk if i should just do a fresh reinstall, i'd appreciate.

Is, Idunno, Navmesh Overhaul playing fine with various other navmesh mods?

Because for Doc to step up and ask you, he would need to use AI package. And if navmesh is buggered up, then no package firing, and nothing gonna happen.

The very description page of NavmeshOverhaul.esm say some thing of Uncut is not compatible and I see you have quite~

But can you complete (ASAP) that tuto quest? Because to fix would be longsome~

It would need xedit to check all that possible source of bugs

1. Open xedit.

2. Checking cell GSdocmitchellhouse

Check to see which mods affect it. Disable them and leave only vanilla setting

3. Checking NPC section, DocMitchell. Checking its AI package

Trace each AI package to its section and checking to see if it is affected by what mod. Disable those mods leaving only vanilla setting.

There also might be something to do with that specific sequence at start. I dont know what, though. hidden quest running? Script running? But checking above points to see if it help.

There's a method call completing tuto quest ASAP and checking other parts.

There's another method call using Alternate Start mod to start the game. It would allow us to circumvent said sequence.
