Lightbulbs work...but don't visually glow/look turned on

Ressurrected an old mod setup I had from 2018 via downgrading and a lot of mod hunting, but something I've been noticing is that hanging lightbulbs, while they light things up fine, don't actually glow white/look turned on. Has anyone encountered an issue like this before? I'm hoping it's some obscure f*#@-up rather than something that'll take digging through mods to fix. Or at least something traceable to a specific mod.

if you use F4SE get Better Console and it will tell you exactly what plugin the selected reference comes from. Should be noted however that some older mods like Homemaker made a conscious choice to set their lights up to only use ambient illumination to reduce system strain.

Ah...yeah, that'd do it. I am using Homemaker. Although...this is with the vanilla lightbulbs. Does it just carry over?
