Is it possible to get this look on player character vampires?

The ugly more monstrous looking vampires in the game like Rargal Thrallmaster and Salonia Caelia. If anyone knows how/if this is possible then please share. I really want my female nord vampire to use the same type of face, as it looks a lot cooler.
