Beantown Brew

If you take Preston with you to the Beantown Brewery he may say, "I've always preferred Gwinnett, but a Beantown brew will do in a pinch." Despite that, there are no Beantown Brew beers in the game and somehow no one has made a mod to add them to the game to my knowledge. I am not a mod maker, but I imagine that this would be a relatively simple creation. Make some textures to copy onto vanilla beer bottle models, create Beantown Brew as an item in the Creation kit, copy over the effects and stats from the other vanilla beers, add it to leveled lists, use base object swapper to replace ~50% of Gwinnett Stouts placed in world, and replace all the beers in Beantown Brewery with Beantown Brews. I almost forgot about empty bottles, but I would need to check around to see if the game even differentiates textures for empty beer bottle.

Obviously, there is some work, but I still see much more complex mods being made and mods of the complexity I am speaking of are made pretty often.

In-game that's Preston referring to homebrew beer, Preston's not got rose-colored glasses about the mess that the world had devolved into prior to the War but he's also fond of history. The irony is that the Beantown Brewery was a secondary site for brewing Gwinnett beers before the War, hence you finding all those Gwinnett bottles, some Pre-war Gwinnett beers, and one of the recipe holotapes for Buddy. The named Gwinnett site in East Boston not too far from the Castle was as much a flagship location (complete with tours) as a functional brewery.
