Converting Different Costume Mods to Other Costumes for Personal Use

Hi all,

 

Is there any way to convert a mod for, let's say, Leon's default costume to another costume? For example, I'd like to convert the mod that gives Leon Ada's outfit to a different costume, like one of the DLC outfits. How do I go about doing this?
