Free Vanity Camera With Weapon Out Like Fallout 4

a mod where when you have your weapon out and standing still you can vanity your camera around like in fallout 4

also be cool if like fallout 4 your body faces the camera direction only when you shoot, aim or move

the thing with nv thats what makes third person so stiff, if it had allowed free vanity when you're standing still, like moving around your camera around your character instead of always facing the camera direction that would be perfect

You don't need a mod. Just go into 3rd person view and hold down F. You can then move the camera around using the mouse.

You can even walk, move around, and even shoot your weapon (though you won't be able to aim since the camera isn't pointed anywhere near the enemy), which if I remember correctly you can't do in FO4.

bro i already know that, i mean something like what 360 movement gives for when you dont have your weapon out while you do have it out
