Trying to download collection, download button not opening tab

Ive have been trying to download a collection the free way but the download button hasn't been working to open the associated nexus page. Im just confused on what is going on as there is not blocked message appearing or anything. Just nothing happens when I hit it.

I have no idea what happened but when I opened edge it suddenly started working in chrome.
