Weird artifacts when aiming in first person.

I just installed and modded New Vegas today and whenever I aim in first person,  I get this weird graphical bug to the left of my gun and I for the life of me cannot figure out whats causing it.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Here's my modlist:

That might be part of an outfit, is it still there when you wear something else?

Yeah,  I've tried a few different armors and even naked and it remains.  At the time of posting this however,  I was still at the beginning of the game and had only used the silenced .22 pistol,  and have since discovered that this only occurs with it and no other weapon.

I wonder if it a custom animation doing it? I checked the pistol in my game and the issue isn't present.

You were totally right!   FNV Clean Animations Part 3 was the culprit.  I had it in my mind that it had to be a texture mod causing it and didn't even consider the animations.  Thank you so much for helping me figure this out!
