Mod idea: Arc welder realistic lightning brightness

is there a mod that makes the arc welders lightning brighter? or maybe just have it decrease your perception unless ur wearing a welding helmet or something like that.

if anyone knows of a mod like that, or likes the idea and ends up making the mod, then please let me know.
