Frogzilla82
Basically trying to find Not overpowered weapon mods. like I don't want weapons that use .38 and outpowers most guns. Guns that fit in nicely with the standard weapons. Edited May 21 by Frogzilla82 adding tags
363rdChemicalCompany
My absolute favorite, a Fallouty version of the M4 (or rather its predecessor from Vietnam the CAR 15, with side charger and thicker receiver in keeping with the retrofuturism of Fallout.) Can be found in basement in South boston military checkpoint. Is craftable for your settlers from then on and I give the basic version to all my settler guards and even (with console command inventory access) to all Diamond City guards. Useful but not OP, performs as Short Combat rifle in its basic version but is 5.56. As your gun nut level rises can be upgraded step by step and eventually at level 4, it can be modded to be still useful by the endgame though. Excellent animations too! Select Assault Rifle at Fallout 4 Nexus - Mods and community (nexusmods.com) ------------------- Others: very good looking shotgun: Select Shotgun at Fallout 4 Nexus - Mods and community (nexusmods.com) This revolver is a lot of fun. useful to employ that 50 cal ammo you find but not OP. Gun nut can improve it but its never OP: Select Revolver at Fallout 4 Nexus - Mods and community (nexusmods.com) This one also looks great and is useful but not OP but kinda hard to find in game Photon Disruptor at Fallout 4 Nexus - Mods and community (nexusmods.com) This is also not OP especially considering how large it is. Can be found in The Forged location. Once found can be crafted and ammo crafted as well. Not OP unless found with explosive legendary attached, which is of course very very rare. fraquar
Grab whatever you want and just edit the damage in xEdit. That way you don't short-change yourself by not using a weapon you'd otherwise use. On a scale of 0 -10, editing the damage of a weapon is about 0.25. Load up mod, open the Weapon section and click on weapon. Scroll down to Damage and wallah, make it anything you want. Frogzilla82
I though of editing some, but some are made lazy. like simply saying 25% damage, 50% damage, instead of the typical updates for weapons. I have a few I"m still using: Service rifle https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/32361 N99c https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/79024 a few other decent mods. I'm trying the doombased weapons mod with an add on mod to rebalance the weapons. And that does have a lot of weapons in it. I'm hoping that might meet what I was looking for. Many different type weapons. https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/16387 rebalance for it https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/39681
