Change language without updating

Hey

just a quick question. If i change the language, will steam automatically update my game to the newest version or do i keep my ols 1.10.163?

Changing the language will require the replacement of the launguage related files. Steam is going to automatically check the integrity of the game folder and update all files not matching. If you are not on the latest version you need to download the corresponding 1.10.163 version from Steam DB just as you would the English version.
