I do that myself now, with a new game as I also deleted 50 mods I do not use, so it is a win win. I do have other issues with SS2 3.3.3, posted at SS2 forum.

also i forgot to mention to you, you dont think at any point that Workshop Arrangements mod could be the problem at any chance, cause remember it does make a few changes

i found the issue it was me that was the problem, my game version is 1.10.163

i was using Place everywhere versions 1.10.984 and 1.10.106 wrong version

i had to use the version that was required for my game version and that's 1.10.163

We can try but we need more than "I'm using mods"

First we need to know what version of the game you are running and if you are using F4SE. Then we need to know what mods you are using.

I hope you have read all of the install instructions for each mod you downloaded.

Do you know how to post your load order?

I have also made similar mistakes. Right now, I do not upgrade anything  as stuff looks a bit off at some places. What did  cause me most issues was this one, most visible issues but still.

I did try both the new and old versions and they did cause different issues with the landscape and interior cells, meshes disappearing and appearing if they did appear at all. The same happens even when I do it myself and sometimes it works but mostly not really.
