Gaucho as a subclass of the Bard?

As the title says. How feasible would it be to have the Argentine gaucho as a subclass of the bard? I know that guachos tend to play guitars, flutes and other instruments, in addition to being able to dance different styles typical of that territory, such as the Chacarera, the Zamba and the Malambo (dance).

I also know that for many people, Argentines and by extension gauchos are quite impressive at insulting, which I suppose should translate into some bonus for Vicious Mockery, perhaps being able to use it as an additional action and scale with charisma.

Gauchos are known for fighting with weapons such as spears, sabers, rapiers, boleadoras and lassoes, perhaps the lasso and boleadora could be throwing weapons that only the gaucho can make, these weapons could slow down or paralyze opponents leaving them exposed.

The only thing I don't know is how to justify this subclass in the world of Forgotten Realms, but I don't think that matters, I think this class could be fun to play and that's why I would like to see it added.
