Fallout 4 Crashing on Startup through Vortex

Hey guys,

Wondering if someone can help. Fallout 4 keeps crashing on startup, like 95% of the time I try to run it. I get 2 seconds into "Please wait..." And then bam!

I've gone through testing almost every one of my mods but it appears to be a bit random. I thought I'd narrowed it down to a mod, then crashed again, then isolated another mod and it worked, then crashed again.

I mean, as you can see below I only have like 37 mods minus the DLC stuff . So not sure what is going on but I'm pretty desperate to play, if anyone can help they'll make a friend for life, and if you don't want a friend I'll just donate to your patreon or something instead

 

The only other thing I can think of is that I installed F4SE through Vortex, which I know isn't ideal but the fact that SOMETIMES the game boots up makes me believe it's not the problem.
