Creation kit help

Hello, Thank you for your time,

 

just downloaded and started trying to use the CK for starfield, I can't remember how to fix this issue from fallout/skyrim, when trying to move objects either with mouse or by the arrows inside object pane the objects move "too far" there is a setting somewhere to turn down this sensitivity/movement for more precise placement but I do not remember how to toggle/activate it,

 

can someone help remind me how to do this please?
