Monowire without hacks..

Anyone ran into that that the 'TAB' key does nothing when trying to open the monowire's quickhack menu? (either from inventory, or at a ripperdoc)

I hear the sound of the button when I press it, but nothing happens.

I don't think I have any mod that changes cyberware or quickhacks.. but here is the list if anyone can spot something:
