MatSpikeYinsen
Hi all, I'm not a modder, I just play the game, or rather I used to. I own two laptop computers; the older one was usually not connected to the Internet, but it was able to run GOTY FO3 with no real issues. I'd considered eventually getting into mods, and installed the game on my newer computer as well, but it always crashed when I tried to start a new game or load an existing save file. Now, with the new update, the old computer is crashing the same way, and I had to use the Anniversary Patcher to even get that far, since the launcher no longer actually launches the game at all, nor does clicking directly on Fallout.exe. I don't have the technical understanding to be able to fix this problem; I really just want someone to magically fix everything so I can get back to playing. I'm willing to consider paying someone for freelance computer help if they'll make this problem go away for me.
