3RD Persona CameraStuttering [ Not FPS]

Why there ain't any mod to remove stuttering while walking/running in third person? 

I have a "Sprint stuttering fix" mod for first person. But that doesn't fix 3rd person stuttering. 

By the way, im not talking about FPS stuttering... Its some kind of camera stuttering, especially noticable when running around objects...

I had bad stuttering both 3rd and 1st person when I accidentally locked FPS in the ini file to 60, and also locked FPS to 60 in my graphics card control screen.  Check for that?

If your FPS is unlocked, try locking to 60.
